I sing, dance, act, do stand-up, and perform poetry, prose, and spoken word. My work explores love, justice, identity, politics, and community. I have performed in plays, shows, musicals, and more as a cast member, an ensemble member, a lead, and the sole performer.

    A spoken word performance, dressed in traditional New Ireland bilas, or cultural attire, to celebrate Papua New Guinea’s 50th Independence Anniversary. The set included ‘home’, ‘mother mine’, and‘here, winter does not mean death’ from ‘poetry, prose, and the things i compose’, and ‘a body is all that remains’.

    A spoken word performance centring belonging, identity, and community with themes of voice, power, and truth-telling, highlighting creative resistance and radical joy. The set included ‘A Good Man’.

    A spoken word performance to celebrate Pride month, effectively queering a traditionally cisheterosexual space. The set included ‘Mother Earth’, ‘Crush’, and ‘mother’.

    QTOPIA - June 2025

    ‘Across the Pacific - Stories of Queer Resilience’ was a curated lineup of storytelling through the lens and lived experience of the queer Pasifika diaspora living in Sydney, Australia. I performed a spoken word piece titled ‘mother’.

    ‘Strong Stories of the Weak’ was a live storytelling event that All the Best put on with Word Travels for their 2023 Story Week, featuring live music from local composer Elizabeth Jigalin. I performed an improvised spoken word poetry piece called ‘Pressure’. Listen to it here.

    I had a duet, a solo in a group number, and was an ensemble member in a group number.

    I performed a one man spoken word poetry show in the inaugural season of the ‘Everything but the Kitchen Sink Festival’ with my piece ‘a body is all that remains’, an Indigenous odyssey through colonisation, capitalism, and eventual liberation.
